About Kira Kiro Artists

Aboriginal-owned Kira Kiro Arts was established in 2009 and is located in Kalumburu, the northern-most community in Western Australia. The Centre’s practice is grounded in the rock art tradition, with contemporary works also including themes of sea life and flora. Kira Kiro Artists is managed by both Waringarri Aboriginal Arts and Kalumburu Arts Workers.

Shipping policy

Once payment has been processed through the DAAF site and is received by the art centre your artworks will be sent.

Delivery times vary across Australia.  We mainly use Australia Post or TNT.

  • 5-7 working days to Perth, NT  and regional WA
  • 14 working days for delivery to eastern state capital cities
  • 14 – 20 working days for delivery to regional eastern  state locations in Australia.

During very busy periods, please allow extra time for your items to be packed.

We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your requested delivery location is free from obstructions and is otherwise in a clean and tidy state to prevent any delivery delays. At the time of delivery, you may be asked to sign a form to acknowledge that the goods were delivered in good and proper condition. Where you have requested that a representative accept delivery of the goods on your behalf, this delivery acknowledgment will be obtained by the supplier from your representative.

You will be notified via email of your tracking number once your items have been sent.

Refund policy

Refunds will generally only be provided according to Australian Consumer Law.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange credit.

Return policy

You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and arrange for your alternative items to be sent.
