About Ngukurr Arts Aboriginal Corporation

Ngukurr Art Centre sits a stone’s throw from the banks of the Roper River in Ngukurr, South East Arnhem Land. The Art Centre, like the town of Ngukurr, is unique – bringing together people of many different clans and language groups including Ngalakgan, Alawa, Mangarrayi, Ngandi, Marra, Warndarrang, Nunggubuyu, Ritharrngu-Wägilak and Rembarrnga. Together these clans are known as Yugul Mangi.

Shipping policy

All artwork will be sent via Australia Post.  Canvas work will be rolled and placed within a secure tube. Prints will be either flat packed or rolled.

As we are a small remote community please be aware that it can take a few weeks for us to deliver works to our closest Australia Post, which is a two day return trip. We make this trip monthly. If there are delays with delivery we will contact you. Once items are delivered to Australia Post we will send a confirmation email with relevant tracking information for your convenience.

Refund policy

Ngukurr Arts will refund artwork damaged or lost in transit. Please notify the art centre within 14 days of receiving damaged artwork. Please provide photographs of damage.

Return policy

Ngukurr Arts will accept return of artwork if they do not meet expectations. Customers will have 14 days after taking receipt of artwork to advise of their intention to return artwork. Refunds will only be processed upon return of the artwork. Return postage to be paid by the customer.
