About Tjukurba Art Centre
"Tjukurba" Translated from Martu means "dreaming". The Tjukurba Art Gallery and workshop is a safe space for the Birriliburu Artists for creative expression and to celebrate the visual culture of the Martu people. Tjukurba Art Gallery engages Community, embraces and promotes and preserves cultural creativity and tourism. The Tjukurba Art Gallery provides a rich authentic experience with the opportunity to view original artworks for sale and to meet artists painting on site. The Birriliburu Artists paint in a variety of traditional and contemporary styles and palettes depicting stories which embody a rich culture of country, history and lifestyle. The Tjukurba Art gallery is an initiative of the Shire of Wiluna providing professional support for local artists to create, display and sell their work.
Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
- Domestic Shipping Policy – A fee of $25.00 domestic shipping anywhere in Australia only (included in purchase price).
- International Shipping Policy – International shipping/freight costs are not included in the artwork purchase price, please contact us for international shipping and additional payment for shipping through The Tjukurba Art Gallery.
- All our artworks are on unstretched canvas and are packed in tubes and shipped through Australia Post.
- We do not offer or include Insurance or extra cover on shipping.
- Please ensure we have your correct address for delivery
Shipment processing time – All orders are processed and posted within 14 business days of purchase due to our remote location. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Refund policy
We appreciate your interest in our artworks. Currently we regret to inform you we do not offer refunds on purchases. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to carefully review the artwork and specifications to ensure it meets your requirements. We will package your purchases appropriately and in good condition but do not take responsibility for purchase once in transit.
