Amanda began painting for Warlayirti Artists in 2019, it was made apparent very early on she was a gifted painter. Before she began painting Amanda had spent many years employed as a cleaner at the art centre. Amanda is family with esteemed painter Dorothy Napangardi, painting the same country in similar hues.
