Kani George is the daughter of senior artist and Elder, Witjiti George. Her father’s country is Piltati, an important waterhole close to Nyapari Community and a strong theme in her work. Her mother, Tjangili George is also a painter with Kaltjiti. Kani has been living and working in Fregon for many years and paints at Kaltjiti Arts.
