Bindi Mwerre Anthurre Artists Shipping policy
Domestic orders: We send all parcels by Australia Post. We will provide as much assistance as possible to locate any missing parcel or discuss any other issue you might encounter. Domestic shipping is included in all painting prices.
International orders: For international shipping please contact us and we will provide a quote.
Handling time: Due to staff capacity, your order will be posted between August 23rd and August 27th. This allows us 7-10 business days to process and pack all orders after the art fair has concluded. We thank you for your understanding and patience while we work through our online orders.
Every parcel that leaves our art studio workshop is appropriately wrapped and placed into Australia Post approved packaging. For the comfort of your mind, we have found Australia Post to be reliable and have not had any issues to date with goods being delivered in poor condition.
Tracking: will be emailed to you once your order has been posted.
Canvas Artworks are sold unstretched.
Bindi Mwerre Anthurre Artists Refund policy
All goods need to be paid for before we dispatch. Any damage through delivery will be the responsibility of Australia Post and or their contractors or agents. All claims for refund should be followed up with them and not us.
Please be aware there may be some colour variations in the electronic visual representations of Artworks. We do not provide refunds for artwork that leaves our depot. We work hard to make sure that you as our customer receive value for money and that your goods are delivered in a timely and expedient manner.
Bindi Mwerre Anthurre Artists does not issue refunds or returns for change of mind. If an item does not match what you ordered or is damaged please contact us and we will assess the situation, processing a refund and return where appropriate.
