Walkatjara Art Shipping policy
We are able to ship both within Australia and internationally, however please note that shipping is not included in the price. We will contact you shortly after your purchase with further details. Shipping costs can be processed via direct bank transfer or credit card payment over the phone. Artworks are posted once payment has been received in full.
All artworks are posted un-stretched, carefully rolled and bubble-wrapped in a tube.
Shipping is via Australia Post or TNT with inclusive insurance and tracking unless other delivery arrangements are made with Walkatjara Art. You will receive a tracking number from the art centre once the item has been posted.
Every effort is made to dispatch artworks as quickly as possible. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please keep in mind that you are purchasing something from a remote community and that delivery times have been affected by Covid-19.
Walkatjara Art Refund policy
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If not, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork and we will refund you for the value of the artwork. You will need to cover the cost of returning it to Walkatjara Art. The artwork must be returned in its original condition with all accompanying documentation for the guarantee to apply. Your refund will be issued on receiving this.
