Iltja Ntjarra Art Centre

“I learn painting at school, and seeing the elders painting.
Lenie Namatjira was my aunty. ”

I have been working as an art centre supervisor in Tjuwanpa in the last five years.

I love to share my skills and produced a children book to describe the technique to represent bush tuckers and their stories.

My main skill is to use acrylic paint, but I am very enthusiastic to learn watercolours. I used it for the silk banner and appreciate the surrounding of the watercolour artists of Iltja Ntjarra in the Studio.

Betty Namatjira, Carissa Inkamala and Marcus Wheeler have encouraged me to pursue my effort.

I also enjoy to share what I learnt to my nephew Granville Jr Ebatarinja.
