I was born in Alice Springs, and grew up in three different places: Imanpa, Finke and Papunya. My mother’s side is from Papunya, and it is from my mother’s side that I paint. She taught me when I was around 10 and I paint the tali (sand dunes) from Papunya. Now I stay in Mutitjulu, sometimes visiting Imanpa.
