Jill Yantumba is a Wik Iiyanh women from Pormpuraaw and Aurukun. Jill spent her early years in Aurukun where her mother, a Wik Ngathan mother was from. She was raised by her aunty and also fostered by the school principle. He father was a Wik Iiyanh man from Pormpuraaw. She moved to Pormpuraaw as a adult.
Jill enjoys making sculptures from Ghost Net and often works with her partner Michael Norman.
