“Kow Swamp is a place of great spiritual and cultural significance to the Yorta Yorta people. It is also the place of the world’s largest single population of ancestral remains from the late Pleistocene area (120,000 – 5,000) years ago. Kow Swamp’s name come from the traditional name of the area Ghow which relates to the white gypsum soil found at the swamp. If you’re looking for a refund of your order, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Baluk Arts Return policy
You may return your item to us for an exchange of similar value or a refund. Refunds payments are returned to the original account used to the make the purchase.
Please note the following returns and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have all original documentation, paperwork, tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must be in their original condition with no visible signs of wear, use or damage
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date
- To return or exchange an item, please email us at gallery@balukarts.org.au with your order number, product description and reason for return/exchange.
- Shipping costs for returns/exchanges back to Baluk Arts to be paid for by the customer.
