Iltja Ntjarra Art Centre Shipping policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping Policy – Free standard domestic shipping only. Due to our remote location, postage to other non-capital cities can be expensive. If you live in a remote location, your order may incur an additional freight charge. We will be in touch if freight costs surpass the standard fee. Please note, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Most standard parcels will be sent via Australia Post.

Shipment processing time – All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders can only be shipped once a week due to our remote location. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

International Shipping Policy – Please contact us for a quote on express or international shipping.

Iltja Ntjarra Art Centre Refund policy

Iltja Ntjarra Art Centre does not issue refunds or returns simply for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged please get in touch and we will assess the situation, processing a refund and organising a return where appropriate

Iltja Ntjarra Art Centre Return policy

Items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Iltja Ntjarra Art Centre takes no responsibility for items that appeared different to what was depicted on the 2024 online Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair website.
