Spinifex Hill Studio Shipping policy
All artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity and conforms to the Indigenous Art Code, which preserves and promotes ethical trading. Because our artists are paid promptly after your purchase, we cannot give refunds nor accept returns on artworks if you simply change your mind. See Terms and Conditions of purchase for further information on refunds and returns.
Artwork pricing includes domestic shipping and insurance within Australia. Goods are shipped via Australia Post or TNT and a tracking number will be issued.
We do not currently offer online sales to international customers, however, if you live overseas and are interested in buying work, please email us at hello@spinifexhillstudio.com.au.

9.1. We do not accept returns unless there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase or occurred during transit, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.

9.3. We make every effort to ensure photography of Goods for sale on Our Website accurately represent the colours used by the Artist/s in the production of artwork. Different lighting conditions indoors, outside, and on digital devices may impact how colour is perceived. We do not accept returns on the grounds the colours differ from what is represented on Our Website.
9.4. Before you return the Goods to us, please send clear photographs of the damage.
9.5. The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but not later than 15 days.
9.6. So far as possible, Goods should be returned:
9.6.1 with both Goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;
9.6.2 securely wrapped;
9.6.3 including our delivery slip;
9.6.4 at your risk and cost.
9.7. You must tell us by email message to hello@spinifexhillstudio.com.au that you would like to return Goods, specifying exactly what Goods and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect or other reason for return. We will then issue a returns note. If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint.
9.8. In returning faulty Goods please enclose with it a note clearly stating the fault and when it arises or arose.
9.9. Some Goods are manufactured with natural materials such as pigment, ochre, and fibre and may naturally change or deteriorate over time. Spinifex Hill Studio and Artist/s do not offer warranties on Goods.
9.10. If delivery was made to Australian address, you are also protected by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
9.11. If we agree that the Goods are faulty, we will:
9.11.1 refund the cost of return carriage;
9.11.2 repair or replace the Goods as we choose.
