If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you must notify the art centre within 10 days of receiving your order. A purchaser taking this option will pay in full for the safe return of the artwork. After the art centre has received the artwork and is satisfied it is in its original condition and all of its accompanying documentation is returned, a refund for the item cost will be sent.
If a purchase has been damaged during shipment please photograph its condition on arrival and notify the art centre immediately. The art centre will pay in full for the safe return of the artwork.
