Warrabunbun or Wuypa Mokuy inhabits the country to the west of Milingimbi named Gamurra Gu-yurra. He raises up from the ground as a mokuy (spirit) that looks after Warrawarra country. As he raises from the earth watharr (white clay) dots his body. The design on his chest is a Warrawarra body paint design that is painted onto the chests of young Warrawarra boys during ceremonies in north east Arnhem Land. Sometimes Warrabunbun is depicted as having a broken leg, as he was speared when attempting to protect his land from invaders.

In this work he is carrying gara (hunting spear) and Burlupurr (dilly bag). The vine on each side is the Yirritja yam, yukuwa.
